Five cohorts in, and the community we've built continues to remind me why I started. When I started Coaching Below the Surface, I had a vision: a community of coaches and leaders doing this work differently. Not just with better techniques, but from a deeper understanding of who they are and what they're actually here to do. For those of you who have been wanting to learn more, here's your invitation. This Friday, July 31 at noon CT, I'm hosting a complimentary 60-minute demo, and I'm inviting you to come experience what we've been building. Leading Below the Surface: Relational Coach Training (also known as Coaching Below the Surface) is a 38-hour ICF-approved program for coaches and leaders who are ready to go deeper than the frameworks: into what actually drives how they show up, how their teams respond, and the kind of trust that makes real change possible. It is also qualified by the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc. (CCE) as a Registered Credential Training Provider (RCTP No. RCTP1066-BCC), meaning courses qualify for credit toward the Board Certified Coach credential. Participants work in a cohort model grounded in psychological safety, with real-time practice, feedback, and mentor coaching embedded throughout.
